Christina Ciancio-Schor
Christina Ciancio-Schor - Director - District D

Term Expires November 2021

Christina and her husband are both Colorado natives and have lived in Douglas County for over 20 years. They have four children who have graduated from Douglas County High School and currently have seven grandchildren. Six of their grandchildren attend Douglas County Schools.  Christina is a lifelong public educator and has a long history in Douglas County.  She started working in DCSD in 1977 at Acres Green Elementary school.  She worked as a primary teacher at Rock Ridge Elementary School.  After many successful years at Rock Ridge she became the Assistant Principal at Pine Lane Intermediate.  She then became the principal at Castle Rock Elementary where she served for 12 years.  After leaving DCSD she was the director at Achieve Academy in Mapleton Public Schools.  She is currently retired and works on contract training principals, assistant principals and teachers. She is also involved as the acting director of a new initative program to increase student engagement in career and technological education in Mapleton Public schools. Christina has a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Metropolitan State College and a Master of Arts in Education from the University of Phoenix.

Anthony Graziano - Director - District B

In 2004, Anthony and his spouse, Amy, moved to Castle Rock with their children Celeste, who attends Oregon State University, and Nina, who attends Castle View High School. Anthony has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the State University of New York at Albany and a Master of Education in Human Resource Development from Colorado State University. He is a director of business development in the information technology and software industry. Anthony has been active volunteering in his daughters’ schools and in the community as a basketball coach. He traveled for a year with his family who have hosted three different exchange students.

Krista Holtzmann
Krista Holtzmann - Director - District G; Secretary

Term Expires November 2021

Krista and her husband Dave have lived in Parker, Colorado since 2000.  They have two children, Jake and Will, who attended Douglas County schools and graduated from Chaparral High School in 2015 and 2016.  Both now attend the University of Denver. Krista has a BS in Child Development and JD, both from the University of Missouri. Her professional career has been spent advocating for children in a variety of roles. These include working as an Assistant District Attorney in child protection and as a volunteer attorney at the Rocky Mountain Children's Law Center.  She also enjoyed being an active school volunteer while her children attended Douglas County schools and was a member of the School Accountability Committee (SAC) at each school they attended.  Her positions on SACs have included Chairperson and DAC liaison.

Anne-Marie Lemieux - Director District C; Treasurer

Term expires November 2019

In 2004, Anne-Marie and her husband, Doug, moved to Highlands Ranch with their two children,  Hannah and Jack. After receiving her Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Baylor University, Anne-Marie taught elementary school for seven years before becoming a stay-at-home mother, as well as an active school, community, and church volunteer. Along with her board duties, Anne-Marie currently works part time as an Executive Assistant for Evolution Financial Group in Greenwood Village. She remains passionate about public education and is dedicated to her role in DCSD and as Board Treasurer, board liaison Fiscal Oversight Committee, and liaison to the Foundation for Douglas County Schools. She enjoys travel, reading, community service and outdoor activities.

Kevin Leung
Kevin Leung - Director - District E

Term Expires November 2021

Kevin Leung and his lovely wife have lived in Douglas County for almost 30 years. Their three children have attended both public, charter and neighborhood schools. Kevin is a successful local business owner, who owns businesses in Highlands Ranch, Parker, and Aurora. Prior to that, he had a successful career in the IT field in the private sector and taught IT graduate courses at Regis University. He was also a civilian contractor for the US Army. Kevin grew up in extreme poverty in Hong Kong and was the son of illiterate parents. Through hard work and determination, Kevin earned an MBA and a master’s degree in computer science from the University of Colorado. His daughter graduated in 2016 as one of the top graduates at Rock Canyon High School. Kevin was the parent representative on the State Advisory Council for Parent Involvement in Education and the Colorado Department of Education’s Accountability Work Group. He served on the Douglas County School District Accountability Committee and was vice-chair of the Rock Canyon High School Accountability Committee. He was the Chair of the Parker Authority for Reinvestment Advisory Committee. Kevin was named Asian American Heroes of Colorado in May 2018.  He enjoys travel, science fiction, history, stamp collecting, and community service.

David Ray - Director District F; President

Term expires November 2019

David and his wife, Becky have lived in Parker since 1989.  He has two children, Megan and Michael, who attended Douglas County Schools from kindergarten through graduation.  He received a Masters of Counseling from CCU and is a Registered Psychotherapist (LPCC).  David also has a Masters Degree of Education and previously served Douglas County Schools as an elementary principal for 23 years.  During this time he opened three schools (Coyote Creek Elementary, Prairie Crossing Elementary, and Mammoth Heights Elementary).  He served as principal of South Elementary during which it was recognized as a National Blue Ribbon School of Excellence. David also helped launch the district’s Outdoor Education Program and has served on multiple committees including: the Fiscal Oversight Committee, Responsive Government Project Team, Human Resources Advisory Council, Building Specification and Review Committee, and coordinated the Principal Mentorship Program.  His community service has included serving on the Parker Planning Commission, Project Cure, delivering Meals on Wheels and assisting the InterFaith Task Force food bank. 

Wendy Vogel - Director District A; Vice President

Term expires November 2019

Wendy and her husband, Marty, have lived in Highlands Ranch since 2003. They have two children, one current student and one graduate of Douglas County Schools. Wendy holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Wake Forest University and a master's degree in counseling from Chapman University. Prior to having children, she worked in federal prisons doing substance abuse treatment and case management. Wendy now owns a quilting business and has served on the Long Range Planning Committee and several School Accountability Committees. Her positions on SACs have included Chair, Recorder and Liaison to the District Accountability Committee.
